Maître LAMETA has been a notaire at David Notaires since 1999.
He holds the Diplôme Supérieur du Notariat as well as the Diplôme de Juriste Conseil aux Entreprises from the Institut de Droit des Affaires in Aix-en-Provence. He has lectured at the INFN since 2015, where he leads many seminars for future notaires on taxation and business succession.
Yet he firmly believes that taxation is not an end in itself, but a means of optimising a transfer and ensuring the continuity of a family's story.
When it comes to business succession in particular, his approach is never to separate the business owner's family from the business itself.
The solutions he proposes only make sense if they are comprehensive, balanced and sound, so that on the day of the transfer the long-term future of the business is secured and the family is protected.
