Holder of the Diplôme Supérieur de Notariat, Vincent DAVID has been a notary at DAVID NOTAIRES since 1982, after his grandfather and his father. He was a pioneer when he associated his three main employees at the same time in 1989, opening his office in particular and the Notariat in general to personalities and paths from new and different backgrounds. He retired in 2018.
Me Jean-Fabrice ANSELMO holds the Diplôme Supérieur de Notariat of the Faculty of Law of Aix-en-Provence and he is a Notary partner of DAVID NOTAIRES since 1989. He was President of the Chambre départementale des notaires des Bouches-du-Rhône from May 2011 to May 2013. Me ANSELMO retired on July 4th 2023.
Me Jean-Pierre LAMETA is a former student of the Institute of Business Law of Aix-en-Provence.
He holds the Diplôme de Juriste Conseil aux Entreprises and the Diplôme Supérieur de Notariat.
Involved in the training of young generations of notaries, he is notably in charge of teaching at the School of Notaries in Aix-en-Provence.
He joined the Office as a trainee in 1995 and was appointed Notary in 1999. He is in charge of Estate planning and International clients.
Me Raphaël FERAUD holds the Diplôme Supérieur de Notariat of the Faculty of Law of Aix-en-Provence. He has been a partner of DAVID NOTAIRES since 2016.
Carine GALMARD-POMME holds the Diplôme Superieur de Notariat of the Faculty of Law of Aix-en-Provence. She has been working at DAVID NOTAIRES since 2005 and is more specifically in charge of complex and corporate real estate development. She was appointed notary in 2018.
Pauline CEZANNE holds the Diplôme Superieur de Notariat of the Faculty of Law of Aix-en-Provence. Appointed notary in 2020, she has been working within Jean-Pierre LAMETA’s team since 2013 and is in charge of estate planning (optimization, transmission and separation).
Elodie LETOUCHE is in charge of the Estate/Successions Department. She assists international and English-speaking clients, together with Jean-Pierre Lameta. She has graduated as a Notaire from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and holds a Degree in Comparative Law from the Virginia Commonwealth University (USA). Expatriate for 4 years, she was a consultant for the International Union of Notaries and co-authored the Technical Guide published by the UN and UINL on Responsible governance of tenure and preventive justice.
